The Secret to Creating a Harmonious Relationship

What is the secret to creating a harmonious relationship? Harmony is vital in every kind of relationships, such us in marriage, friendship, work or in a community. The secret of a harmonious relationship lies on sharing. We know that a relationship, to work in agreement, everyone must take part of their shares. But most people are only familiar when it comes to claiming their share on rewards. They always forget or intentionally ignore their share on blames. We are usually interested to grab the profits and benefits of a relationship but we are blind to shoulder the troubles and responsibilities in it. This is the reason why many relationships fail – justice, fairness, selflessness and humility are not present.

To create a harmonious relationship we should not just indulge in claiming our share of rewards, but we must also be humble and responsible enough to face and claim our share of blame. It is normal that relationships face conflicts and troubles. In this scenario, we cannot conclude that in a union of two persons, it is only the other one who is in a 100 percent fault or mistake and the other one has zero percent in share. Therefore, all the persons inside a relationship must always be humble enough to apologize to their partners or team even though their share of blame is only one percent. Furthermore, we should not just say the words of apology, but we must also be sincere to learn lessons from our mistakes (little or big) to avoid future conflicts and prove that we mean our sorry. This is the secret to creating a harmonious relationship through love, justice, patience, humility and responsibility.
